Heading up a talented team of writers, art directors and designers, Justin’s responsible for ensuring the highest standards of creativity and innovation here at Bray Leino CX; for making sure that everything we conceive and produce is on-brand, insight-led, data-driven and fit-for-purpose. 

Having started out all those years ago as a trainee copywriter, Justin’s been fortunate to work with and learn from many gifted creative directors. All of which stood him in good stead when the time came to lead teams. During his career, he’s worked on integrated campaigns for – among others – AXA, Clarks, LV=, the National Trust, Siemens and the University of Bath, picking up his fair share of awards along the way. 

Beyond the professional, Justin’s obsession is sneakers. He can all-too-regularly be found in a darkened room squinting at a laptop while a timer counts down to the latest trainer launch. Yes, they’re a thing and yes, this happens.
