In a challenging market Esprit Ski need to reach and engage with their key target audience by ensuring their customers are at the heart of all communications.

Approach

We’ve created a brand toolkit that considers on and offline communications, helping to make Esprit Ski easily accessible and easy to like. The toolkit helps to bring Guest First to life via imagery, design, messaging and content, for use across all channels.

Results

Initial live work has included press advertising, in resort material, banner adverts and direct mail; strengthening the brand’s position with existing guests, and articulating to new customers that there’s more fun for everyone with Esprit Ski.
