Account Director

What will I be doing? 

Reporting to our Client Strategy Director, we’re looking for an Account Director to join our team.

As a senior member of the team, you will be required to manage digital strategy and project delivery across a portfolio of clients, ensuring that the wider team is prepared and supported to deliver to the client, the user and the agency’s expectations.

You will be passionate about surprising and delighting your clients, with this being evident in your drive to deliver success for client and agency alike, as well as your focus on the agency’s monthly forecast and business targets.

You will:

  • Work alongside the CSD to position the agency as a digital partner to our clients.
  • Together with the senior team, translate client business goals into fully integrated customer experience strategies.
  • Build excellent relationships at a variety of client levels and monitor client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback.
  • Drive new opportunities and expand current offerings to clients across Web, PPC, SEO, Affiliate and Social channels.
  • Lead the delivery and strategic development of designated accounts.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team, ensuring that they are developing with their roles.
  • Lead client meetings and conference calls, including preparation and rehearsals when appropriate.
  • Responsible for the planning and day-to-day tasks across accounts.
  • Ensure the wider team is briefed clearly and delivers on time.
  • Ensure that all forecasting, reporting and invoicing is accurate and on target.
  • Proactively look for ways to grow accounts and improve the team’s processes.

What will I need?

The ideal candidate will have worked agency side and will have experience and knowledge of the full range of marketing channels. You’ll be highly commercial with a proven track record of setting and exceeding growth targets and identifying and securing new business. In addition experience of leading and nurturing a team will be key requirements.


Midweight Backend Developer

Salary : £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + benefits

And whether it’s building with a headless CMS, experimenting with serverless architecture or exploring Cognitive Services, we work together to keep moving forward. 

What will I be doing? 

  • Building content managed websites, eCommerce websites and complex web applications.
  • Taking ownership of projects to ensure they meet strategic and functional requirements.
  • Introducing new ideas, both for the direction and implementation of our products and for the processes and culture of the company.
  • Progressive development of CRM web applications for one of our major clients.
  • Integrating web applications with third party APIs and payment systems.
  • Tailoring web experiences based on customer data using personalisation tools.
  • Researching and selecting appropriate AI tools to better optimize user experience.

What will I need? 

You’re a backend developer experienced in the Microsoft stack who writes elegant and well-documented code. You’ll need to stay on top of the latest trends while having a genuine desire to experiment, research and develop new ideas.

You’ll also need:

  • ASP.NET MVC and Web API(C#)
  • Umbraco
  • Database design using the Entity Framework and MS SQL.
  • Microsoft Azure(PaaS)
  • A familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration such as GITLAB, Team city or similar.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.

It’d be great if you have:

  • A passion and interest for modern JavaScript using Node.js (Express, React, ES6)
  • You are excited by the cross-platform capabilities of .Net core.
