How do you replicate a face to face experience in the online space? Ocean’s new website is a great example of how it can be done, showcasing their insight and expertise to existing and potential customers.

We all know how difficult it can be to find the right place to live. Where do you start your search? How do you know which area to choose? What if you don’t like the neighbourhood? We’re thrilled to say that Ocean’s new website has the answer. 

Ocean delivers a highly tailored experience in branch, so it was crucial to replicate this online. Comprehensive area guides let you know exactly what you can expect, including proximity to shops, schools and the town centre. The local favourites section tells you where to eat and drink and what parks will be on your doorstep. This, coupled with broad location imagery, really helps to give a flavour for living in that location. 

Add to this video imagery and enhanced functionality such as ‘draw-a-search’ and you have the go-to website for the Bristol property market. And popular searches feature on the homepage so the user can start the search for the perfect new home immediately. 

This was a really enjoyable project to work on as we tackled it in a consultative and agile way. We developed a broad range of concepts to explore how best to bring the brand to life, and worked with the project team to identify areas of interest and innovation.
