So, Apple and Dyson are opening shops whilst others close them. It seems that the more digital we are, the more human we need to be - a phenomenon we all need to understand in order to stay relevant.

You could say that Justin’s a bit obsessed with CX and creativity, but that would be underplaying things. He’ll be plundering years plied delivering results for the likes of AXA, Clarks, LV=, the National Trust, Siemens and Bath Spa University – and diving into learnings from his insatiable curiosity with all things customer experience.

Matt Thomas, Client Strategy Director
Matt’s a thinker. His job is to make the creative, practical. In his 12 years’ experience of leading Client Services teams and partnering with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, he’s learned a thing or two about getting stuff done. Isn’t fear-of-change the primary barrier to doing new things?
