We're delighted to have been shortlisted for a BIMA Award for our latest work with mfldirect in the Product and Service Design category: Impact

A phenomenal shift-change in process has improved the efficiency, user-experience and performance of mfldirect’s claims system for both their customers and their internal Customer Solutions team. This has resulted in a 60% reduction in the time it takes to complete the process; a 47% decrease in the number of calls being taken and an overwhelmingly positive response from all users.

The judges of this category will be focusing on project effectiveness and measurable business outcomes – which we have shown in abundance, so fingers and toes are crossed.
